- Spend some extra minutes with your family. Whether it is your kids or your Mom, it does not matter! It will make your day better!
- Give yourself some time to organize things. Do something that needs to be done, like paying bills or tidying your apartment.
- Read the news – stay informed! Go online, make sure that you know what is happening in the world.
- Have a good breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so remember that!
- Have sex, if it is possible. Your day will be much better!
- Have shower. Although evening shower may be a good option because it gives you more time to spend in bed in the morning, however, a morning shower can do much more!
- Get up early enough so that you have time for all the things that you want to do in the morning.
- Stretch – only do a few stretches, you do not have to do yoga for an hour every morning.
- Drink – water, of course.
