Just as in any area of life, even in cooking lots of hacks exist that will help you prepare healthy meals and snacks. Without you having to feel as a housewife who spends an entire day locked up in the kitchen.
Let’s start with the breakfast, shall we? Of course you do not want to spend your morning making eggs and sausage. Well, here is what you can do: put half a scoop of vanilla protein into Greek yogurt and add some almonds, frozen berries and flaxseeds.
Now when it comes to snacks, keep it simple. Nut-and-seed bars are perfect, but you can also try Skyr, or Halloumi, which is a cheese from Cyprus.
As for your lunch, you will only need these three ingredients that you will mix together in a bowl: baby spinach, salmon and vinaigrette dressing.
End your day with a simple dinner, like a shake full of fruits and almonds and of course, protein.
