We all want to be healthy! However, not all of us can afford to pay for a gym membership or workout clothes or whatever that you need to buy in order to be healthy. Good news is, you do not have to have money in order to be healthy. Well, you probably know that, but, do you know what you can actually do for your health without having to spend a penny? Here are some great ideas that we want to share with you!
- Spend time with your friends. Have a poker night with guys, or watch football match together! Being social will keep you from getting a heart attack.
- Take a deep breath whenever something drives you mad. Breathe in, count to ten and then exhale.
- You need vitamin D, so spend as much time outdoors as possible, of course, with a proper skin protection.
- Have sex! It will protect you from cold!
- Sleep properly. You need to get at least 8 hours of sleep a day.
- Do a light exercise. It will help you sleep better and eat less!
- Masturbate! The more, the better.
So? Now you see what you can do for your health, so do not hesitate! None of these things is really time consuming, that is why there is no reason to avoid doing at least two of them!
